My wife and I have been looking for our first home for months. Jeff keeps saying that it's a buyer’s market right now but he must be shopping in a different market than we have been shopping in. We have scoured the internet and newspapers everyday looking for homes that meet our criteria. Finally after what seemed like forever I think we have found our first home. We went and looked at it last night and it has everything that we want and more. The extras include a jacuzzi and a very nice home security system. I don’t think you can be too safe in today’s world so that is definitely nice. Other than that it has the large kitchen she insisted on and the big back yard that I needed. The basement isn’t finished but that was not a deal breaker for either of us. Plus it will give me something to do on the weekends. Our real estate agent put our bid in this morning so wish us luck!
